Conditions of contract for online bookings
The service supplier reserves the right to cancel, shorten or alter the transfer due to circumstances outside of their control. In the event of such an occurrence, a full or partial refund may be given; however, the consumer hereby waives any claim against Belize Express Tours and Shuttle Services, or the service supplier, for any consequential damages arising as a result thereof.
Refunds, cancellations and changes
Cancellations
Transfers and transportation services:
- A 75% refund of the purchase price when cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service.
- A 100% cancellation fee will be applied to any cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service or activity.
- The same 100% cancellation fee will be applied to, but not limited to: no show; partially unused tickets; and choosing to travel with other companies.
A medical exemption will be considered for any cancellation made less than 48 hours in advance of the scheduled service if it is supported by a medical note from a qualified doctor stating the valid medical conditions for which the client cannot receive the reserved service.
Changes
All changes to the day or time of the same service shall be subject to the following conditions. Transfers and transportation services:
- No change fees will be applied to changes made more than 48 hours in advance.
- A 25% service fee will apply to changes made less than 48 hours in advance.
Termination and suspension
Belize Express Tours and Shuttle Services (and any persons authorised by it) may at its sole discretion immediately suspend or terminate your right to use the Website without any warning if it considers that you have contravened any of these Terms and Conditions. This is without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that Belize Express Tours and Shuttle Services may have.
Assignment
Belize Express Tours and Shuttle Services may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions and, upon any such assignment, it shall be relieved of any further obligation hereunder.
